About Ka Yiu
Hi everyone, I'm Ka Yiu.
I am a 2nd year in the Doctor of Medicine program at Griffith University, Gold Coast.
I sat the GAMSAT on March 2023 with minimal preparation and scored the 90th percentile overall with 84 marks in Section III.
I currently rank in the top 30% of my medical cohort at Griffith University while leading the Griffith University Tennis Team, holding leadership roles across multiple student societies in psychiatry, tennis, and the Hong Kong community, and serving as a 2025 Mayor’s Student Ambassador for the Gold Coast.

I provide tutoring specifically for sections 3 of GAMSAT, drawing from my own experience of sitting the exams in March 2023 and achieving a score of 84 in section 3. I have more than half a year experience tutoring GAMSAT
Regarding section 3, I specialize in selecting questions that reflect the GAMSAT's logical reasoning style. I work with students to develop strategies for tackling section 3 questions and provide insights into what prior knowledge may be expected. While I do not teach in-depth science concepts, I believe this approach is highly effective for GAMSAT preparation.
