About Hannah
I am here to help you build your dream career. As an executive and career coach, I work with professionals to answer "the big questions" so that they find more joy, purpose, and balance in their work and life. I work with my global clients from my base in London. My specialty areas include: navigating career transitions, career goal setting and strategy, getting a job in consulting, overcoming imposter syndrome, navigating hierarchy for female managers, and creating a sustainable career. I coached throughout my decade-long career at McKinsey and full-time since 2023. At McKinsey, I consulted in the US, UK, and Europe, supporting my corporate clients with their most complex strategic initiatives. I also led the McKinsey Health Institute's employee well-being initiative. I hold an ACC accreditation from the International Coaching Federation, an MBA from London Business School, and a BA from Brown University. I completed my advanced coaching education from the FLOW Coaching Institute in Toronto.

I offer a free 30-minute intro call for you to get a taste of working with me and to decide if my coaching approach is right for you. Thereafter, I offer 60-minute remote coaching sessions that can fit seamlessly into your schedule. I support my clients offline between sessions with questions or CV / résumé and cover letter review as needed.

Hannah is a great coach. I was on the fence about coaching but after working for a few session with Hannah I definitely realized the value of someone asking you the right questions and making you think. Hannah was instrumental in helping me finding the right next steps.
