About Nick
I love the English language and have been an avid reader and writer for most of my life. I have a degree in English from McGill University, as well as CELTA certification from Cambridge to teach English as a foreign language. I bring a personalized and interactive approach to teaching, and am happy to help in any way I can as you work to reach your specific goals, whatever they may be! I am a native English speaker from the United States, but I've lived in Canada for almost 20 years. Lessons are for intermediate level English learners who want to improve their speaking and conversation skills.
Everything is online, using the Zoom platform. Lessons provide plenty of opportunity for speaking, as well as exercises to practice grammar/new vocabulary. Learning materials are a mix of my own and content from various textbooks and online tools.
I am CELTA-certified and will bring that experience along with plenty of enthusiasm to each lesson!
