I get to know my students first and understand the areas where they are struggling and also the concepts they have a decent grasp on. I customise my approach to fit the needs of the student. I provide lots of practical examples to help understand a new concept. I also like to ensure my students are enjoying the learning process and encourage them to ask questions and challenge new ideas.
