Jas is an extremely diligent, professional and caring trainer. He is very particular about understanding the history, health, and goals of his clients and tailoring his classes to your needs. It’s been over a year and half since I started classes with Jas. I feel a tremendous difference in my overall fitness, particularly my flexibility, stamina and strength. I have thoroughly enjoyed the classes with Jas, because he has a very strong commitment to and love of what he does. I would unreservedly recommend him.
I started training with Jas back in 2021 and since then it has been a journey of transformation for me. I have lost a good 14 kgs. He is a great trainer who continuously motivates so that we can achieve our goals. I also had extreme lower back issue which he understood well and accordingly planned my workouts. It has been great working out with Jas so far and I definitely plan on continuing my fitness journey with him.
I’ve been having regular training sessions twice per week with Jas Bhatia. The regular exercise with him has helped me to greatly improve my flexibility and my stability! He adapts the exercises to my personal situation/feeling at the moment of the training and provides new exercises or variations of previous ones, so that the training sessions are never boring and the strength is incresing!
I just wanted to take a moment to thank Jas for the great training sessions he provided. His expertise and knowledge of the subject matter has been invaluable in helping me to understand and apply what I've learned. His enthusiasm and positive attitude have also made the experience enjoyable and engaging.

Jas has been a great motivator and has guided me every step of the way to my current level of fitness. • 4. And last but most importantly, he genuinely cares about my success and is happy for my success (versus most who will take your money and don't give a rat's ass whether you succeed or not).
I recommend Jas wholeheartedly; if you are serious about getting fit, he should be on speed dial on your cell phone yesterday (so not to say you can't call him today also to get started). I have referred 3 friends and family members to him, and they have thanked me for making the introduction.
