About Rosie
I am a yoga, Pilates and meditation teacher, as well as a musician. My background in classical ballet and music performance has given me the confidence in holding space for my students, and my natural feel and love for rhythm helps me to sequence my classes creatively to create cathartic movement patterns that allow students to lose themselves in the practice.

Through my classes, I aim to bring my students into their body, and invite them to explore what ever sensations, feelings or thoughts come up during the practice. I create my classes as moving meditations, to help my students reach the flow state, and ease the noise of the mind.
