PROFILE
Friendly, patient and passionate tutor with over 10 years’ experience supporting students’ learning in Mathematics and across general subject areas, gained through private tutoring, volunteer teaching and university-level instruction. Punctual, responsive and consistently available, with a strong track record of building students’ confidence and helping them reach their academic goals. Skilled at explaining concepts clearly and adapting teaching style to suit individual learning needs across primary, secondary (Years 10–12 / VCE) and tertiary levels, including students from non-English speaking backgrounds. My Approach
I begin every new tutoring relationship by assessing the student's current level — their existing understanding, strengths, and any gaps in their foundational knowledge. From there, I build a personalised learning plan tailored to their specific needs, pace, and goals, rather than following a one-size-fits-all program. Lessons are structured to strengthen weak areas first, reinforce core concepts, and gradually build confidence and independence. I regularly review progress and adjust the plan as the student develops, ensuring the teaching stays aligned with where they are and where they need to go.
