About Daphne
My journey in mathematics began with a fascination for patterns, structures, and problem-solving. This curiosity led me to earn a B.Sc in Mathematics and an M.Sc in Applied Mathematics, equipping me with both theoretical insight and practical problem-solving skills. Over the past 12 years, I have worked with students at varying levels, guiding them to develop conceptual understanding, analytical ability, and confidence in mathematics.
I adopt a teaching style that emphasizes clarity, engagement, and student-centered learning. Lessons combine visual aids, interactive exercises, and real-life applications to make abstract concepts tangible. Students are encouraged to explore multiple approaches, ask questions, and develop reasoning skills that extend beyond the classroom. My approach fosters independent thinking, curiosity, and a deep appreciation for mathematical logic.
Beyond teaching, I engage with contemporary mathematical research, applications in data analysis, and collaborative projects, which enrich my lessons with practical relevance.
