About Parth
My passion for Mathematics arose from a fascination with patterns, logic, and problem-solving. This led me to pursue an M.Sc in Applied Mathematics, where I acquired both theoretical understanding and applied skills. Over 9 years of teaching, I have guided students from elementary school math to SAT math and introductory Calculus, helping them develop conceptual clarity, analytical reasoning, and academic confidence. My teaching philosophy emphasizes making abstract concepts accessible, fostering curiosity, and encouraging independent problem-solving. I focus on understanding each student’s learning style and adapting lessons accordingly. Using stepwise explanations, visualizations, and practical examples, I make complex topics like geometry, algebra, and Calculus engaging and understandable. I encourage active questioning, experimentation, and reflective learning to foster a supportive environment that motivates students to tackle challenges confidently. Beyond classroom instruction, I engage with mathematics through problem-solving, research, and curriculum development. This allows me to incorporate modern methods and real-world applications into lessons. Teaching mathematics is deeply rewarding because I witness students transform from uncertainty to mastery, developing critical thinking, resilience, and independent analytical skills that extend beyond the classroom.

Each lesson integrates step-by-step instruction, interactive exercises, and reflective discussion to promote independent thinking and mastery.
Lesson design is tailored to the student’s level. Elementary learners strengthen number sense, arithmetic, and fundamental problem-solving strategies. Middle-level learners focus on algebraic thinking, geometry visualization, and proportional reasoning typical of middle school math. Advanced learners explore algebra, SAT math techniques, and introductory Calculus, with attention to accuracy, analytical reasoning, and methodical problem-solving. Practice exercises, guided problem-solving, and feedback ensure comprehension and long-term growth.
Mathematics lessons also build patience, focus, and logical discipline. As students gain confidence, they can apply reasoning skills across subjects and real-life situations.
