About Opal
My fascination with mathematics began early, driven by curiosity about patterns, numbers, and logical problem-solving. I pursued a B.Sc in Mathematics and an M.Sc in Applied Mathematics, gaining a strong foundation in both theoretical and applied mathematics. Over 10 years, I have guided students in developing conceptual clarity, analytical reasoning, and problem-solving skills across multiple mathematical domains.
I emphasize structured, interactive, and student-centered teaching. Lessons include visual aids, stepwise explanations, interactive exercises, and real-world applications. Students are encouraged to reflect, explore multiple strategies, and develop independent reasoning abilities, fostering both competence and confidence.
Outside the classroom, I continue exploring applied problem-solving, mathematical modeling, and emerging mathematical concepts. Witnessing learners transform from uncertainty to understanding and from hesitation to confidence is deeply rewarding. My mission is to cultivate strong mathematical ability, critical thinking, and intellectual curiosity while inspiring students to appreciate the elegance, logic, and practical relevance of mathematics.

I design lessons according to the learner’s level. Beginners focus on foundational arithmetic, basic algebra, geometric visualization, and number sense, ensuring a strong conceptual base. Intermediate learners progress to multi-step problem-solving, applied calculus, probability analysis, and mathematical modeling. Advanced learners engage with abstract proofs, optimization problems, functional analysis, and interdisciplinary applications.
