About Eliza
My journey in Mathematics began with a strong interest in numbers and patterns. I completed my Bachelor’s in Pure Mathematics, which helped me build a deep understanding of mathematical concepts. Over the past 10 years, I have taught students at different levels, helping them overcome challenges and gain confidence in their abilities.
I believe that every student can succeed in Maths with the right guidance. My teaching style focuses on clarity, patience, and consistent practice. I break down complex problems into simple steps and use examples that are easy to follow. I also encourage students to ask questions and explore different ways to solve problems.
Outside teaching, I continue to engage with Mathematics through problem solving and learning new techniques. Teaching Maths is fulfilling because I see students grow from feeling unsure to becoming confident problem solvers. Helping them achieve this transformation is something I truly enjoy.

Mathematics becomes easier when students understand the logic behind each step instead of memorising methods. My lessons focus on building strong foundations in topics like algebra, geometry, calculus, and number systems. I explain concepts in a simple and structured way so students can clearly see how problems are solved. This approach helps reduce fear and builds confidence over time.
Each lesson is adapted to the student’s level and pace. Beginners focus on understanding basic concepts with simple examples and visual explanations. Intermediate learners work on applying methods to different types of problems and improving accuracy. Advanced students focus on complex problem solving, speed, and exam preparation. Regular practice and step-by-step feedback are included in every lesson to ensure steady improvement.
Mathematics also helps students develop logical thinking and problem-solving skills. As they begin to understand patterns and relationships, they approach challenges with more confidence. My goal is to make Maths feel approachable and enjoyable, helping students build strong skills that support both academic success and everyday problem solving.
