About Elise
My fascination with mathematics began in my early education, captivated by patterns, logic, and problem-solving opportunities inherent in the subject. This curiosity led me to pursue a B.Sc in Mathematics and an M.Sc in Applied Mathematics, where I deepened my understanding of abstract and applied concepts. Over 10 years of teaching, I have guided students across diverse academic levels, helping them build strong conceptual foundations, sharpen analytical skills, and develop confidence in tackling challenging problems.
I emphasize a teaching methodology that combines clear conceptual explanations, step-by-step problem-solving guidance, and real-world application examples. Lessons are interactive, encouraging independent thinking, creative approaches, and curiosity-driven exploration. I work to ensure that students not only understand mathematical concepts but also develop strategies to apply them in practical and academic scenarios with confidence.
Beyond the classroom, I remain actively engaged with contemporary mathematical research, problem-solving competitions, and applied analytical projects, bringing relevant, real-world insights into each lesson.
