About Zachary
I have a strong background in mathematics, demonstrated by my participation in the math team where I not only competed but also contributed significantly to our team's success, earning five trophies. Moreover, my dedication to academic excellence led me to take courses well beyond the required level, ensuring a deep understanding of the subject matter. Also, I have a passion for helping others succeed. I have dedicated my time to tutoring fellow students, where my approachable nature and patience have been particularly effective. By taking the time to understand each student's unique struggles and learning style, I tailor my explanations to their needs, guiding them through difficult concepts with clarity and encouragement. I prioritize creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment where every student feels valued and empowered to reach their full potential. My approach is guided by patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to see my students succeed.

Goes into the root of the lesson and works through step by step to find where the student is confused. Helps to understand the material without doing the work for the student. If general help is needed then walk through the course setup and help with catching up or getting ahead. I am a 17-year-old college student so I went through the courses recently and can help as my schooling experience would have been similar. The lessons are for any math class at Calculus and under.
