About Pierre
I have been private tutoring for 4 years in mathematics and statistics (and French).
I had dozens of students ranging from elementary school to university level. I met them on a weekly basis to help with homework, understand the course content and learn new concepts.
The students were generally satisfied with the level they reached.
I was a volunteer science assistant in a primary school for 6 months.
I set up science experiments and organised class sessions in mathematics and science.
The children seemed to understand the scientific concepts very well, according to the assessment quizzes.

The method depends mostly on the person. I usually sit with the student and go through the school textbook and exercises.
If necessary, I find or create new learning resources based on the program, that are personally adapted to the student.
When the student understands a concept, we continue with more complex exercises or explore new areas in the program.
