About Tobias
I have 9 years of experience teaching Mathematics, guiding students from basic understanding to advanced problem-solving proficiency. I earned a B.Sc in Applied Mathematics, which provided a strong foundation in analytical reasoning, abstraction, and quantitative problem-solving. Throughout my career, I have designed interactive, structured, and personalized lessons to help students build both competence and confidence.
My teaching approach emphasizes clarity, patience, and practical application. I emphasize understanding principles rather than memorization, helping students develop clarity, confidence, and analytical skills. Lessons include visual aids, real-world examples, interactive exercises, and step-by-step problem-solving to ensure deep comprehension and long-term retention of mathematical concepts.
Lesson plans are adapted to each learner’s level. Beginners focus on arithmetic, foundational algebra, and simple geometry to build confidence and clarity. Intermediate learners explore functions, graphing, probability, and multi-step exercises to strengthen analytical reasoning and problem-solving abilities.
