About Lydia
I am a dedicated and patient math tutor with a strong focus on helping students understand concepts clearly and build reliable problem-solving skills.
I work with a wide range of learners, including those who need extra support as well as those who require more challenge. My approach is structured but flexible, allowing me to adapt to each student’s pace and learning style while maintaining steady progress.
I place a strong emphasis on clarity, consistency, and practice. Students I work with not only improve their performance in tests and assignments, but also develop a deeper understanding of mathematics and greater independence in their learning.
I am committed to creating a focused and supportive learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and making mistakes as part of the learning process.

My approach to tutoring is focused on clarity, structure, and building strong problem-solving skills. I offer interactive lessons, students actively solve not just listen. Regular practice with exam-style questions( including standardized test formats like SAT/ACT foundations)
Typical lesson length 50-60 minutes. Quick review-concept teaching-guided practice-independent practice. And continuous feedback to track improvement.
My lessons are for students who struggle with understanding math concepts, who get distracted easily and need engaging lessons. Fast learners who need to be challenged. Anyone preparing for tests or looking to strengthen their math foundation.
I have experience working with different types of learners and understand that each student learns differently.
