About Jocelyn
I have volunteered tutoring children in the after school program for about a year and a half. I have taken classes myself up to calculus but I feel most comfortable with elementary math and Algebra. Constantly assist with math homework.

As a tutor meeting a new client I believe is important to get to know who I will be working with. I like to take the time to learn what the student already knows, in addition, I’d like to explore if they have a learning preference and that could be a visual, auditory, etc. After getting to know the clientI’d create a lesson plan and set realistic goals.
