Hi, I’m Trisha! I’m a student at the Schulich School of Business with a strong academic background in math and statistics, and a genuine passion for helping others succeed.

Hi, I’m Trisha! I’m a business student at Schulich with a strong foundation in math and statistics, and I focus on making complex concepts simple, intuitive, and practical.
My teaching approach is centered around clarity and confidence-building. I break down problems step-by-step, explain the “why” behind each concept, and adapt my explanations based on how each student learns best. I also use real-world examples (especially from business and data) to make topics more engaging and easier to understand.
A typical lesson starts with a quick review of previous material, followed by introducing or reinforcing a concept with clear explanations and examples. We then work through practice problems together, gradually increasing difficulty, and I always leave time for questions and recap to ensure everything is fully understood.
What sets me apart is my ability to simplify challenging topics and create a supportive, low-pressure environment where students feel comfortable asking questions. I’m patient, organized, and genuinely invested in helping students improve and succeed.
My lessons are ideal for middle school, high school, and first-year university students studying math or statistics, including those who want to strengthen their fundamentals, prepare for exams, or build confidence in problem-solving.
