I can help with multiplication, division, fractions, decimals, percentages, word problems, and more

I'm a professional mathematician, but most importantly, I'm an enthusiastic tutor, teacher, and coach, which means that I'd love to show people how much fun math can be! My experience as a teacher began when I was in school; I used to tutor other students and explain complicated mathematical concepts to them.

Years of experience have made me realize that everyone can learn to excel in math by getting proper tutoring, encouragement, and a bit of patience. I build each lesson around what you already know, where you're having difficulty, and what you want to accomplish.

Rather than simply giving you answers, I'll explain the reasoning behind each problem and guide you through the process so that you can eventually solve similar problems on your own.

A typical lesson might include:
