How I know Snigdha:
I have known Snigdha for many years and have had the opportunity to closely observe her academic journey, professional growth, and, most importantly, her ability to teach and explain concepts to others. A shared experience:
Over the years, I have personally seen Snigdha help classmates, younger students, friends, family members, and coworkers understand challenging concepts. Having worked extensively with elementary, middle and high school Mathematics students myself, I have also observed her work with students in this age group and have seen her do a commendable job especially with younger kids. Her ability to explain a concept clearly while remaining patient and encouraging has always stood out to me.
