About Nick
Hi, I’m Nick! I earned my Master’s degree in Political Management from The George Washington University and have professional experience in political campaigns, communications, and public affairs.
What I enjoy most about politics is helping make complicated topics feel understandable. Government and political science can sometimes feel overwhelming, especially when classes move quickly or assume you already know certain concepts. I like slowing things down, talking things through, and helping students connect the dots.
I’m patient, conversational, and very easygoing. I never want a student to feel embarrassed for asking a question or admitting they do not understand something. There is no judgment and no pressure in my sessions. I want students to feel comfortable being themselves, asking anything, and learning at a pace that works for them.
Outside of tutoring, I have worked in political campaigns, communications, customer experience, and business development, which gives me a practical perspective on how communication, leadership, and politics work beyond the classroom.
If you are looking for someone who is knowledgeable but approachable, patient, and genuinely interested in helping you feel more confident with the material, I would love to work with you.

Learning politics, government, or political science should never feel intimidating.
My goal is to create a comfortable, relaxed, and completely judgment-free learning environment where you can ask questions, work through confusing concepts, and learn at your own pace. There is no pressure to already “know” the material and no expectation that you have the perfect answer. If something does not make sense, we slow down, break it apart, and approach it differently.
I earned my Master’s degree in Political Management from The George Washington University, where I studied political strategy, communication, campaigns, public affairs, and American government. I also bring real-world experience in political campaigns and communications, which allows me to connect classroom concepts to practical examples.
I can help with American government, political science, civics, AP Government, political communication, campaign strategy, public speaking, research, and essay writing.
My lessons are conversational, patient, and tailored to you. I am not interested in making you feel tested or judged. I want you to feel comfortable saying, “I have no idea what this means,” because that is exactly where learning starts.
Whether you are preparing for an exam, struggling with a paper, trying to understand a complicated political concept, or simply looking for extra support, we will work through it together in a low-pressure environment.
The goal is simple: leave each session feeling more confident, more comfortable with the material, and never embarrassed for asking a question.
