About Kenza
Hi! I’m Kenza I’m a Psychology graduate and currently completing my Master’s in Counseling Psychology at the University of Ottawa. I speak French, English, and Arabic, and I’ve also gone through French proficiency testing myself—so trust me, I know the struggle!
I’ve worked as a trilingual interpreter and in university settings, but most importantly, I genuinely enjoy connecting with people and making learning feel less intimidating. With me, French doesn’t have to be all grammar rules and textbooks. We can talk, laugh, make mistakes (that’s how we learn!), and work toward your goals at your own pace. Whether you want to improve your conversation skills, pronunciation, grammar, or prepare for an exam, I’m here to help you feel confident speaking French!

My lessons are personalized to your level, goals, and learning style. Whether you’re a complete beginner, looking to improve your conversational French, strengthen your grammar and pronunciation, or prepare for a French proficiency exam, I’ll adapt each lesson to your needs.
I focus on making French practical and enjoyable, with plenty of conversation and real-life examples rather than simply memorizing rules. As someone who speaks French, English, and Arabic, I can also explain concepts in the language you’re most comfortable with when needed.
My goal is to create a relaxed and encouraging environment where you can make mistakes, ask questions, and gradually become more confident and independent in French.
