I am a matured practicing engineer and program manager working for Engineering company in Adelaide. I have worked as an Engineer on many complex Defense and Power systems projects. I have also tutored and lectured in the universities. My kids are grown up and I have some free time which I want to use to impact knowledge to the young ones.
In general my approach to teaching is:
1.Understanding the basics of the subject
2.Use of exercises to ensure the basics are understood
3.Applying the basics to advanced concepts
4.Use of multimedia to convey concepts and teaching
5.Multimedia such as You Tube, simulations, power points
6.One on one teaching and/or using simulations, power points and video
