I highly recommend Ben as a teacher and tutor. He is intelligent and enthusiastic when it comes to teaching math and physics. I have known Ben for 8 years, first as a student and then as a teacher. I was his instructor in a number of college physics courses. After he graduated, I hired Ben as an adjunct to teach introductory physics lecture and lab courses. As a new instructor, he innovate in his lectures to reach as many students as he could. After he received his Master's degree in Physics, I was not surprised that he pursued a career in education.

I’ve known Ben for a little over 10 years now, and his teaching methods have only been improving since we were in AP Physics in high school together. I had the pleasure of having Ben as a student for two years, in Honors Chemistry and AP Chemistry. Ben was a highly intelligent and motivated student. Ben worked well in partner and group settings, oftentimes patiently explaining chemistry concepts to his peers. In college, Ben was a guest speaker in my AP Chemistry class during which he talked to my students about transitioning from high school to college, in addition to explaining his undergraduate research. One of Ben’s strengths as a teacher is his ability to clearly communicate challenging information. This coupled with his enthusiasm and patience with his students makes him a cut above the rest!

Mister Russ was my physics professor in college. Despite being one of the youngest of the department's faculty (or maybe thanks to that) he was very successful in meeting his students where we were and made getting through college level physics a smooth process. He has huge passion for teaching and science and it shows in his work. Approachable and knowledgeable, can't recommend enough.
