About Henry
I’m Henry, a mechanical engineering student with A grades in A-level Maths and Physics. I’ve always loved figuring out how things work, whether through fun projects or tackling tricky problems. But what I enjoy just as much is helping others understand—seeing that moment when everything clicks. With experience tutoring and a teacher for a mum, I’ve learned how to break down difficult ideas, highlight what really matters, and make learning engaging. My lessons focus on clear explanations, worked examples, and problem-solving techniques to build confidence. Whether you’re struggling or aiming for top grades, I’m here to help!

My Approach to Tutoring I focus on making complex topics simple by breaking them down into key concepts and real-world applications. I tailor my teaching to each student’s needs, ensuring they understand the why behind formulae and methods, not just how to apply them. I use problem-solving techniques, past paper questions, and interactive discussions to reinforce learning and build confidence. Lesson Structure A typical lesson lasts one hour, but I can adjust this based on the student’s needs. Sessions start with a quick review of previous topics, followed by clear explanations of new concepts, worked examples, and guided practice. I encourage students to ask questions and think critically. Qualifications & Experience I’m a mechanical engineering student with A grades in A-level Maths and Physics. My strong academic background, combined with a passion for teaching, allows me to simplify difficult concepts and help students improve their understanding and exam performance. Who the Lessons Are For I tutor A-level, GCSE, and younger students who need support in Maths and Physics. Whether you’re struggling with difficult topics or aiming for top grades, I can help you build confidence and master the subject. Why Choose Me? I’m great at identifying which concepts are most important, explaining them clearly, and helping students develop problem-solving skills.
