About Ribika

Hello! I am a passionate English tutor with a Master's degree from the UK and over three years of experience living, working, and studying in the British academic and corporate world. Before my time in the UK, I also spent two years teaching English, so I have a lot of experience helping students overcome their fears and truly find their voice.

I know firsthand how challenging it can feel to adapt to a new language environment, but I also know how rewarding it is when everything finally clicks. Because I have successfully navigated the entire process myself and even achieved a 7.5 score in the IELTS, I can promise you that you are in safe, experienced hands.

About the lesson

My classes are super relaxed and focused on helping you speak English with real confidence. Since I completed my Master's in the UK and lived and worked there for three years, I love teaching actual, everyday English that you will use in real life. I tailor every lesson to what you need, whether you are a school student, a university student, or an adult wanting to feel more comfortable speaking at work.

A typical class with me starts with a casual chat to get you warmed up and comfortable. From there, we might practice real-life conversations, work on your pronunciation, or build up your vocabulary through topics you actually enjoy. If you ever do need to prepare for English exams or IELTS, we can definitely do that too since I got a 7.5 myself, but our main focus will always be on speaking naturally.

What makes my lessons different is how supportive they are. I know how intimidating it can feel to learn a language, so I make sure our classes are a completely comfortable space where you can ask questions and make mistakes without feeling self-conscious.
