I am Sunil and I live in Redlands, California. I’m an online yoga student of Gouthamiputhri. She has a Master's in yoga. She is proficient in the yoga poses and also the spiritual aspect of yoga. She gives me helpful cues to improve the poses. As my practice has improved, she has increased the level of difficulty of the poses. My stress and posture have both improved due to her guidance. I am very grateful for finding a teacher like her.
