Perfect! Just had my first lesson with Kartik! He has a very calm teaching style that is very approachable. I felt very comfortable as a beginner. He started with an overview of equipment and software then moved to a demo of the software. The lesson was fun, exciting, and left me looking forward to the next. Perfect! Kartik has excellent technical skills and is a great music production teacher. I really enjoyed how in depth he goes into understanding what and WHY the details of the process. He leveled up my understanding of the software ableton and also the reasons for certain instruments like when to use the Tom percussion and how to use automations and how to adjust levels for each track to avoid clipping. Incredible technical teacher. I will continue to work with Kartik whenever I need to really turn my rough track into a professional track.

Perfect! I had a dj lesson with Kartik about phrasing and the music structure. I was having a lot of trouble with it and have had many people explain it and I still did not get it until I had my session with Kartik. He is extremely patient and makes sure that you understand before moving on to the next step. I highly recommend.

Perfect! I'm very excited to work on my music production skills! After my first lesson, I observed that Kartik is very open minded and teaches based on what's best for the student. He's very adamant on making sure that you have the basics down first before moving on to the more technical stuff which is very helpful. I'm a complete beginner and Kartik was the perfect teacher to work with. He's thoughtful, patient, and excellent at both explaining broad concepts and answering specific questions. He's a great musician himself, and I'm so grateful I found him to help me learn the ropes!
Something you realize getting into DJing is that a lot of DJs have ego, but Kartik is the most humble and patient guy on the planet. He hyped me up, answered all my stupid questions and was all round a great guy. He’s both a great DJ and great teacher. He got me performance ready for my best friend’s wedding in a matter of a few weeks. I went from knowing the basics of a simple FLX4 controller to performing on stage with a professional CDJ. Couldn’t have done it without Kartik!

Kartik is an excellent ableton live teacher. I use Ableton Live 11 Suite and he has helped me better understand the basic fundamentals of music production in our first few sessions. It was a steady and smooth transition with Kartik, especially for someone who has no background in music production. I highly recommend Kartik if you want to better understand music theory and what makes ableton exclusive from the rest of the other DAWs available to choose from.

Highly recommend him for Djing and Music Production.I found Kartk's music and DJing courses before the pandemic when he was teaching in person in Delhi. While I can't comment on his online courses through superprof (I'll leave that to other reviewers!), I can comment on his teaching style, organization, and effectiveness. I chose him as my teacher because of his patience in explaining concepts, balance of instruction and practice, and depth of knowledge in music. Beyond the techncial, he brings a mentorship type of approach that really helped my creativity - I found myself bouncing around new ideas or random questions and his response was always thoughtful and informed, he could show me an example, and then he left to me to experiment more with it on my own (with support as needed). (Though I only aimed to learn DJing, I appreciated he also teaches music theory and production so that I would have a more technical grounding in mixing.) Throughout the course, he was flexible to my needs, adjusting our coursework goals to fit how well I was mastering the topic (i.e., going faster or slower depending on when I was ready). By the end of the course, I independently got a gig to start DJing live and it quickly turned into regular slots a couple of times a week.
Kartik is fun-loving & graceful person...he's calm & listens to his students Queries and tries his best to solve there problems.
I would recommend budding producers to be trained under him & acknowledge his dedication towards music.Kartik explains everything well and you can learn a lot from him.
