About Nahla
I’m an Architecture tutor with 4 years of experience, and I’ve had the privilege of guiding over 150 students from school to university levels. My teaching approach is rooted in making complex architectural concepts clear, practical, and engaging. I use real-life case studies, interactive design challenges, and creative problem-solving exercises to help students grasp both the technical and artistic sides of architecture. Whether you're learning the basics or working on advanced projects, I adapt my lessons to suit your pace and learning style. I focus on building strong foundations in design principles, spatial thinking, and technical drawing, while also encouraging innovation and critical thinking. I’m known for my flexible, supportive teaching style that builds confidence and curiosity in students. Alongside core architecture topics, I also help with subjects like urban design, environmental planning, and software tools like AutoCAD and Revit. My teaching methodology in Architecture is centred on real-life examples, practical case studies, and a student-focused approach. I believe the best way to understand architectural concepts is through application—by connecting theory to actual buildings, spaces, and design challenges. I incorporate real-world case studies to help students see how principles are applied in diverse environments and cultures. I teach with integrity and compassion, creating a space where students feel supported and free to express ideas and ask questions. Flexibility is at the heart of my sessions—I adapt to each student’s learning style and pace to ensure concepts are understood deeply, not just memorised. Problem-solving is a key skill I focus on. I encourage students to approach architectural design with creativity, critical thinking, and practical reasoning. In addition to core architectural subjects, I also offer support in related fields such as drafting, urban planning, and environmental design. My goal is to build confident, capable learners who can think like architects and innovate with purpose.
