About Amale
Hello! I'm Amale, an experienced educator, educational leader, and English Language Arts specialist with over nine years of teaching experience in international schools across Dubai. I currently serve as Head of Secondary Inclusion and Whole School EAL Lead, where I support students of diverse abilities and backgrounds to achieve academic success.
I hold a Master's in Education, a Bachelor's degree in Social Work, and have extensive experience teaching English, literacy, and communication skills across both American and IB curricula. My approach is student-centered, combining high academic standards with patience, encouragement, and personalized support to help every learner reach their full potential.

I believe every student learns differently, which is why I tailor every lesson to the individual's learning style, strengths, and goals. My approach combines explicit instruction, guided practice, and real-life application to help students build confidence while developing strong reading, writing, speaking, and critical thinking skills.
Lessons are interactive, engaging, and structured to ensure steady progress. I use formative assessments, constructive feedback, and differentiated teaching strategies to address each learner's needs. Whether a student needs support with grammar, comprehension, essay writing, exam preparation, or English as an Additional Language (EAL), I create personalized learning plans that promote both academic success and independent learning.
Each lesson typically lasts 60 minutes, although longer sessions can be arranged if required.
I have over 10 years of experience in education and currently serve as Head of Secondary Inclusion and Whole School EAL Lead at an international school in Dubai. I hold a Master's in Education, a Bachelor's in Social Work, and have extensive experience teaching English Language Arts across both British and IB curricula. My background in inclusion also enables me to effectively support students with diverse learning needs.
My lessons are suitable for primary, secondary, and adult learners, including students preparing for school assessments, improving their academic English, developing communication skills, or learning English as an additional language. My goal is not only to improve grades but also to help every learner become a confident, capable, and lifelong communicator.
