About Talissa
Talissa Ben is a Physical Educator (Rio de Janeiro Federal University – Brazil) and a Master Pilates Instructor, 35 years old and a mom. 14 years as a Pilates Teacher, completely passionate about movement, dancing, well-being, health, and fitness, and always looking to improve herself and her professional skills to offer the best to her students! She got into Pilates to recover a broken lower back (L4, L5, S1) after a car accident and afterward felt that was her path for life. She knew that the magic that has transformed her life could do the same for lots of other people S2. NPCP certified (National Certification); (Pilates Master Training (Club Pilates, USA); Pilates Ball (Portugal); Comprehensive Pilates Training (Brazil); Suspended Training – TRX (NY, USA); Barre Above (Ohio, USA), Myofascial Self Release – Trigger Point (NY, USA), Pre/Post Natal Training (Brazil) are the specializations she has acquired so far in order to always innovate and evolve as a professional. She teaches Pilates in person and online – nationally and internationally and is also the creator of the Online Course Pilates during Pregnancy, for teachers and moms-to-be, in English and Portuguese, launched at the beginning of 2022. In her classes, you can expect lots of fun, creativity, detail, and precise approaches and the burn that makes the workout worth it.
