About Dean

With over 10 years of experience, I am a dedicated Piano teacher specialising in guiding high school and college students to develop their skills in performance, theory, and composition. My approach to teaching is highly personalised, ensuring that each lesson is tailored to meet the individual needs and goals of my students. I believe that fostering creativity, confidence, and a deep understanding of music is essential to a successful musical journey. Throughout my career, I’ve helped students refine their technical abilities while also encouraging their expressive capabilities, enabling them to not only play but perform with passion and authenticity. Whether preparing for exams, auditions, or personal development, I offer support that is both structured and flexible, encouraging students to progress at their own pace while staying challenged and motivated. In addition to my expertise in classical piano, I integrate modern techniques and diverse musical styles to inspire students to explore a broad spectrum of musical expression.
