About Johnson
I believe that knowledge is not meant to be stored; it is meant to be shared to ignite curiosity and drive progress. My motivation for teaching chemistry stems from a simple observation: many students view this subject as a wall of intimidating formulas and abstract theories. I want to be the person who shows them that this wall is actually a window into how the entire physical world functions. There is a unique, unparalleled satisfaction in watching a student’s "lightbulb moment"—that instant when a concept like molecular orbital theory or chemical equilibrium finally makes sense.
For me, sharing knowledge is about more than just passing an exam. It is about empowering the next generation of doctors, engineers, and researchers with the critical thinking skills they need to solve global challenges. I share what I know because I remember the mentors who took the time to make complex ideas feel attainable for me, and I feel a profound responsibility to pay that gift forward. Every lesson is an opportunity to transform a student's frustration into a genuine passion for discovery. By breaking down the barriers of "difficult" subjects, I hope to foster a learning environment where curiosity is celebrated and no question is ever too small.
