About Ateeq
With over 15 years of proven success in tutoring, I specialise in helping students excel in the Scottish Curriculum for Excellence, providing personalised support from Primary through to Nationals and also Highers. As a PhD researcher at the University of Edinburgh and an Associate Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (AFHEA), I bring advanced subject knowledge and academic rigour to my teaching, ensuring a clear understanding of Mathematics and the Sciences, including Chemistry and Physics. My approach is centred on each student's unique needs, offering engaging and supportive lessons that build confidence, simplify complex concepts, and foster a growth mindset. I aim to make learning both enjoyable and effective, helping students achieve their full potential in National 4/5 exams through tailored exam preparation, coursework assistance, and revision techniques. With extensive experience in GCSEs and their Scottish equivalents, many of my students have shown significant improvement in their grades and skills.
