My approach to leadership coaching is practical, personalized, and transformational. I combine real-world leadership experience with proven frameworks in emotional intelligence, communication, and strategic decision-making.
Each session begins by identifying your current leadership challenges and goals. From there, we work through structured skill development — including mindset shifts, situational leadership strategies, confidence-building exercises, and real-life scenario practice. I incorporate reflection questions, actionable tools, and measurable growth checkpoints so you can immediately apply what you learn.
A typical lesson includes:
• Goal alignment and leadership assessment
• Skill teaching and practical framework breakdown
• Role-play or case study application
• Personalized action steps for real-world implementation
What sets me apart is my experience as a school leader and coach. I don’t just teach theory — I teach leadership that works in high-pressure, real environments. My style is supportive, direct, and results-oriented.
These lessons are ideal for university students, emerging professionals, educators, entrepreneurs, and leaders who want to strengthen communication, influence, emotional intelligence, and executive presence.
