A Personal Journey for Every Level My Teaching Method and Techniques I don’t believe in a "one-size-fits-all" curriculum. My method is adaptive and student-centered, meaning I change my tools based on your current level:
For Absolute Beginners: I use the Direct Method. We use pictures, gestures, and simple repetition to build your "Survival English" without the stress of complex grammar. I focus on making you feel safe and successful from the very first "Hello."
For Intermediate/Advanced: I use Task-Based Learning. We tackle real-world challenges—like debating a current event, analyzing a business case, or refining your accent—to help you move past the "plateau" and sound more like a native speaker.
For Everyone: I use Active Feedback. I keep a live document of our notes so you can see your progress and corrections in real-time.
A Typical Lesson Plan While I customize every session, I follow a structure that ensures you spend 70% of the time speaking:
The Warm-up (5 mins): A friendly "mood check" or a quick game to wake up your English brain.
The Discovery (15 mins): We introduce one key concept. For beginners, it might be "Ordering food"; for advanced, it might be "Using metaphors in business."
The Workshop (25 mins): The core of the lesson! We practice the concept through role-play, interactive exercises, or deep discussion.
The Correction Lab (10 mins): We review the notes I took during the lesson. We fix pronunciation and grammar "on the spot" so you learn from your own mistakes.
The Roadmap (5 mins): A quick recap and a small task to keep you thinking in English until our next meeting.
