About Erisha
Hello! I’m a dedicated and approachable Filipino tutor who believes that learning becomes easier when students feel comfortable, supported, and encouraged. I aim to create a positive learning environment where students can ask questions, practice freely, and build confidence without being afraid of making mistakes.
I use clear explanations, practical examples, interactive activities, and personalized lessons based on each student’s learning level and goals. Whether you need help with Filipino grammar, vocabulary, reading, writing, literature, or everyday communication, I will do my best to make every lesson simple, engaging, and meaningful.
As your tutor, I value patience, respect, preparation, and consistency. I understand that every student learns differently, so I adjust my teaching approach to match their needs and pace. My goal is not only to help students improve their Filipino skills but also to make them feel more confident using the language.
If you’re looking for a friendly and supportive tutor who is ready to help you learn Filipino in a fun and comfortable way, I’d be happy to learn with you!

My Teaching Approach
Learning Filipino doesn’t have to be difficult or boring! As a tutor, I use a **fun, simple, and student-centered teaching approach**. My goal is to make every lesson easy to understand while encouraging students to participate, ask questions, and express their own ideas.
My Teaching Methods
I use **discussions, examples, reading activities, vocabulary exercises, writing practice, and interactive activities** to make every lesson engaging. I also connect lessons to real-life situations so students can easily remember and apply what they have learned.
A Typical Lesson
Each lesson begins with a short review or warm-up activity. I then introduce the new topic and explain it using simple, easy-to-understand examples. This is followed by guided practice, discussions, and activities. At the end, we have a quick review to make sure the lesson is clear and identify areas that may need more practice.
What Makes Me Different
What sets me apart is my **patience, encouragement, and personalized approach**. Students should never be afraid of making mistakes because mistakes are part of learning. I adjust each lesson according to the student's learning pace and needs, helping them become more comfortable and confident in Filipino.
Who My Lessons Are For
My lessons are suitable for elementary, junior high school, senior high school, and college students, as well as anyone who wants to improve their Filipino skills. I can help with grammar, vocabulary, reading, writing, literature, communication, text analysis, and other Filipino-related topics.
