About Amr
My name is Amr, and I'm a computer engineer with a strong background in digital logic design, computer architecture, and software development. I have experience working on various projects, such as implementing the nand2tetris computer architecture in an FPGA ICE40HX1K and building circuit simulators. Currently, I work as a software developer at Cisco Company, where I specialize in developing software algorithms for the deep learning industry.

Electrical engineering is not a collection of isolated subjects. It is one continuous story that begins with the laws of physics and unfolds step by step into the technologies we use every day. My teaching follows this story, showing how each level grows from the same foundations but creates its own abstraction.
1. Physics Foundations
We start with Maxwell’s equations, the laws that describe electric and magnetic fields. From them comes the wave equation, explaining how fields change, interact, and propagate. Oscillations and resonance emerge naturally here, forming the universal patterns that reappear in every system built on top of physics.
2. Power Systems
The first abstraction is large-scale energy. Oscillations drive generators, induction produces electricity, and fields create motion in motors. Transformers reshape voltages using resonance, while transmission lines carry power as guided electromagnetic waves. At this level, the wave becomes energy transport.
3. Electronics
The same wave behavior appears again, but now at a smaller scale. RLC circuits are the simplest models of oscillation and resonance, used to filter, amplify, and control signals. Here, Fourier series and Laplace transforms become the mathematical abstractions to describe and design these systems. At this level, the wave becomes signal shaping.
4. Telecommunications
From signals, we move to communication. Antennas and RF waveguides are physical realizations of the same RLC principles, designed to radiate and capture waves. Modulation and demodulation show how oscillations can carry information. At this level, the wave becomes information transfer.
5. Computers and Architecture
Finally, waves and timing evolve into logic. Digital clocks synchronize systems, logic gates form processors, and FPGAs implement complete architectures. From hardware, the chain continues into operating systems, compilers, and software. At this level, the wave becomes computation.

Definitely trustworthy because of the way he delivers the knowledge to the student.
I recommend him because he doesn't waste time and takes advantage of every second to explain everything the student needs. His teaching style is effective because he doesn't just go through slides and reads them for the student but also he applies what he teaches through live coding which facilitates many things for the student.I really get inspired by his knowledge of a lot of information and his ability to make it easy to understand is great. He has a great way to show you the most complicated topic to become so confident to understand. Thanks to him for what I have today from what I learned and wish to learn more from him.
I highly recommend Amr, he is passionate to help me with a project I have been working on to develop my skills. He even took the time to give me advice on how to develop and how to practise code better after the session. Very knowledgeable, understood my needs perfectly and was able to step me through the solutions. Thanks, Amr, I am sure will be contact you again and hopefully will be having our own project in the future.
He is a very talented and experienced Japanese teacher. He is patient, knowledgeable and friendly. His methods are easy to follow and would highly recommend her lessons to everyone.
