About Mia
I am a Post Doctoral Researcher in Social Sciences. I have been teaching English as a Foreign Language for more than 10 years. I offer spoken and written English teaching to cater to each student's goals via distance learning on digital devices - computer, cell phone or tablet. All levels and age groups welcomed.
Additionally, I prepare senior school and university students for the IELTS examinations, review essays and theses for university students, and translate short and long documents from Italian into English. I specialize in undergraduate, early postgraduate, Masters and PhD manuscript copy-editing, content review of final drafts of essays, research papers, monographs, and edited volumes.

I love teaching language to keen learners. I also review essays for dedicated students and reports for business people.
My language teaching approach includes fun activities for children and teens to experiential, direct speech language learning and structured grammar for adults.
Additionally, I review final drafts of essays in the Humanities, Social Sciences, Law and Business Studies. I also review and revise business documents for a wide range of industries such as banks, commercial enterprises, medical groups, and educational institutes.
I communicate in simple, direct, clear English to enhance understanding, both in language lessons and in business settings.
