About Briane
My method of approach is to make a first call to meet the need of Coachee. If the client feels that he needs to change things in his life, but still does not know what, I offer a questionnaire so he can organize his thoughts and analyze his life more clearly. After defining Together what needs to be done, I have several tools to help Coachee, in addition to my own knowledge. We can begin a journey of self-knowledge, or we can simply put in a plan of action for a specific goal. Whatever the need and the project, my main goal is to offer all my support and guidance so that my coaches succeed and are happy.

My methodology is focused on first working on Coachee self-awareness so that it can achieve its goals in the highest way. Through self-knowledge we come to know ourselves and we are free to seek what we really want. I offer a full day for the Coachee to feel connected with his true essence and confident to achieve all his goals. The plan of action and follow-up of this plan is also a fundamental part of this process.
