About Lina
I am a dedicated Chess tutor with over 7 years of teaching experience, helping school and college students build strong skills and confidence in the game. I have successfully trained more than 200 to 300 students, guiding them from beginners to advanced levels with steady progress.
My teaching philosophy is simple: make learning clear, practical, and enjoyable. I believe every student can improve with the right guidance and consistent practice. I focus on understanding each student’s level and goals, then adapt my lessons to suit their pace and learning style.
I teach important areas like openings, tactics, strategy, endgames, and game analysis. I also help students develop logical thinking, patience, and decision-making skills. My sessions include puzzles, practice games, and real match situations so students can apply what they learn.
Many of my students have improved their performance in school competitions and gained confidence in playing tournaments. I create a friendly and supportive environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and learning from mistakes.
My goal is not just to teach Chess, but to help students think better, stay focused, and enjoy the process of learning and growing.

My teaching approach for Chess is simple practical and focused on helping each student think clearly and play confidently. I believe every student learns differently so I keep my lessons flexible and adapt to their level goals and pace. Whether you are a beginner or an advanced player I guide you step by step.
I focus on building strong fundamentals like piece movement opening principles tactics and endgames. I also teach important related areas such as strategy planning positional understanding time management and tournament preparation. Students learn how to analyse games find mistakes and improve their decision making.
I keep students motivated by setting clear goals and celebrating progress. I use puzzles practice games and real match situations to make learning interesting and engaging. I also introduce elements from games like checkers and backgammon to improve logical thinking and pattern recognition.
I respect cultural differences and create a friendly comfortable learning environment where every student feels valued and confident to ask questions. My aim is to not only improve chess skills but also develop focus patience and critical thinking that helps in academics and daily life.
