I have been working with Joe for a while through his coaching sessions. Every time I arrive with something, I leave with new insights - sometimes different from what I expected but always what I needed. Joe creates a safe space through his presence and his modelling of non-judgment and safety. His deep listening allows subtle things to emerge that are actually driving what’s going on.

With Joe I feel I can speak my truth with honesty and without fear. As a result, I am learning to trust myself and my capacity to handle whatever arises in the sessions, and therefore in my daily life with my partner. As a result, I am speaking more clearly, directly, and honestly. Joe supports me to shift my old contracting patterns to my expansive, grounded and present me. His space and the surrounding environment are also very supportive and conducive to the sessions.

I recently completed an eight-session coaching package with Joe, and I can say with confidence that it was absolutely worth it. Joe is highly focused on creating a safe environment, and I consistently felt his full presence and attention throughout our work together. I also felt heard, seen, witnessed and accepted! His approach was fluid, responsive, and adaptable to whatever arose.

We primarily worked on my people-pleasing tendencies, and from the very first session I found myself applying the strategies in my daily life with great effect. Now, having completed the program, my wife has repeatedly commented on how proud she is that I’m “Stevie-pleasing” instead of people-pleasing. Sometimes the old urge to say “yes” when I mean “no” doesn’t even surface—it just isn’t there. And when it does appear, I now have the tools to manage it in a healthy way.

Nothing is ever 100%, but I’m genuinely pleased with the results I’ve achieved through Joe’s coaching and highly recommend his services.

I have known and been coached by Joe for a couple of years now, over 10+ sessions. I find Joe to be completly committed and present when in our sessions. His style of active listening has helped me delve a lot deeper to understand what is really alive in me at the time - taking me to places I never expected when first entering the sessions.
