About Pratyush
Fitness has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. Over the years, I've trained in Taekwondo, completed a short MMA course in Malaysia, and continued to explore different aspects of strength and conditioning.
Today, I compete in Masters Powerlifting and have won one Gold and one Bronze medal at the district level.
I believe fitness is not about chasing quick transformations—it's about building a stronger, healthier body that serves you for life. Every person starts from a different point, so my approach is simple: assess your current fitness, measure and track progress, set realistic goals, and enjoy the journey. I'll be there to guide, motivate, and keep the process sustainable rather than overwhelming.
Nothing gives me more satisfaction than helping people become stronger, healthier, and a better version of themselves.

I help people assess their current fitness, measure what matters, and track meaningful progress over time.
We define realistic goals and work towards them together—one step at a time. I'll be part of the journey, keeping it enjoyable, sustainable, and never unnecessarily taxing.
Fitness isn't a short-term destination; it's a lifelong journey. Short-term goals can keep us motivated, but the real objective is longevity, strength, health, and a better quality of life for years to come.
