My lessons are centered around mantra singing as a meditative and healing practice, combined with gentle guitar accompaniment. Sessions feel more like guided chanting experiences than traditional music lessons, with an emphasis on presence, breath, and ease. We usually begin with simple breathing and grounding exercises to calm the body and gently prepare the voice. From there, we work with specific mantras, focusing on relaxed chanting while learning accessible guitar chords and techniques that support the rhythm and feeling of the mantra. I guide students in combining voice and guitar in a way that feels natural and enjoyable, so the practice can continue independently outside of our sessions. My approach is influenced by yoga and breath awareness, and I create a calm, supportive space where students can explore their voice without pressure or judgment. These lessons are well suited for people interested in spirituality, yoga, meditation, or healing music, as well as beginners looking for a gentle and meaningful way to sing and play guitar together.
