About Aayushi
Hi, I’m Ayushi, a psychologist passionate about making mental health knowledge accessible and relatable. My goal is to help people understand how the brain works, cultivate self-awareness, and navigate any emotional or psychological challenges they may face. What sets my teaching apart is the clarity I bring to complex topics. I help individuals distinguish between actual issues and the internal questions that often trigger confusion or doubt. Through this process, my students gain deep insight—not only into themselves but also into others. In fact, they often joke that they now see everyone they meet as a research participant rather than just someone to chat with.

I have a very interesting way of teaching giving them day-to-day activity in order to understand theories. I have questions and doubt sessions every 10 mins prior to class so that there is always a connectivity for the students.
