  • At what age did you discover your sport or style of dance? Tell us more about this time in your life.

    I discovered the benefits of weightlifting at age 18. At that time, I felt weak and fragile, often getting sick after playing with my peers. I would end up in and out of the hospital, which motivated me to find a way to improve my strength and health.
  • What are your favourite disciplines or sports; those that you practice at a high level and as a simple hobby? Are there any that you'd still like to try?

    After secondary school, I started using local materials around me to strengthen myself. This not only helped me gain muscle but also improved my immune system. I enjoy weightlifting, boxing, powerlifting, and tennis, and I'm always open to trying new disciplines.
  • What gives you the motivation and passion to pursue your discipline or sport?

    The people who look up to me as a role model inspire me. I want to be healthy, strong, and successful in my career and beyond.
  • Do you have an achievement that you're particularly proud of?

    Yes, I'm proud of the community I've built around me. Many people reach out for motivation and training sessions, and it's fulfilling to see their progress.
  • How have your achievements and challenges made you a better dancer or sportsperson?

    My experiences in weightlifting, boxing, powerlifting, and tennis have shaped me significantly. Each challenge has taught me resilience and discipline, making me a better athlete.
  • If you could train with a famous dancer or athlete, who would you choose? And what questions would you ask them?

    I would love to train with Frank Zane, a legendary bodybuilder. I would ask him how he maintained his vacuum abs and achieved such an impressive physique.
  • How do you help people stay motivated?

    I emphasize the importance of attaching a reason to a goal. Understanding why you want to exercise or get in shape, and setting a purpose with a timeline, makes achieving those goals much more attainable.
