Cecil is my daughter's favorite English teacher. He is very supportive, helpful and enthusiastic. He loves teaching children and devotes all himself to his children and class. My daughter always feels time flies too quickly with Teacher Cecil. She is blessed to have learned English with such a wonderful teacher!

Johann.
Former ESL Teacher.
I have known Cecil since 1995. We met at The University of Alabama. Cecil is a great teacher because in college he was a good student. This, combined with his childlike spirit and friends from all over the world, enable him to figure out the best way to tutor anyone.

C is an incredible person who is full of passion for life and rich in knowledge. Most importantly, he regards children as his friends. He can always guide them to see a better themselves and find good memories in their long life. I hope LeoTech will become a place to create miracles and dreams.

Cecil is always positive and upbeat and very knowledgeable! He never fails to keeps my child engaged and interested in the lessons. My daughter always wishes the sessions were longer, because she is having such a great time learning!

Excellent worth ethic and amazing instructor
