I have been in the dance world for 23 years and working in the world of healing along the way. My goal is to offer my knowledge to give you the tools for success. I have helped a lot of people in the past and now want to offer my service to everyone. So please let me help and or guide you to a better time within your body, mind and heart.

A session would begin with a consultation for your needs and to connect one on one with me so I can get a feel of what would work best for you. Then I will set a lesson plan for us to follow and then I will guide you through it and give you all the tools to get yourself set with your goal in mind!
