Yoga has taught me that movement is not about creating shapes but it’s extremely important to know how to move your body in a safe and functional way.
The classes I teach are vinyasa based that focus on alignment as well as finding balance between strength and flexibility, allowing different levels of practitioners to embark on their own journeys to find peace, balance and happiness.
