About Amana
As I am currently a LLB Law student and a tutor in an established company, I have experience in tailoring certain needs to certain students with many tips and tricks up my sleeves! ;) Therefore, I can confidently reassure you that you are in the best of hands! My mission is to ensure that every child succeeds in order to thrive in an ever-evolving society. My lesson will be an hour long and well, in a few words; efficient, targeted and relaxed. The lesson will consist of explanations, doing some exercises together through a guided learning session in addition to feedback being a critical part in our lessons. This even includes lucky tips and tricks to help you succeed and perhaps even to go beyond your ability as I believe every child is capable of being superstars! Personally, confidence is the key to being a successful learner, particularly in a subject like English where answers can be as broad and imaginative as it can be! Consequently, I will always encourage, not humiliate and I will make sure that my explanations are pitched perfectly so that amazing progress can be made. :) I teach primary (year 1-6) and Secondary (year 7-11) including GCSE.

I cannot recommend this tutor enough! Their experience and trustworthiness, coupled with a genuinely friendly and approachable demeanour, made all the difference for my daughter. Amana created a comfortable and engaging learning environment , which helped my daughter jump from a C to A. Even her teachers have been impressed with my daughter's progress! Amana had made it possible for my daughter to excel in extremely complex concepts but also inspires my daughter for a love of learning! I would definitely recommend her as she is truly a tutor who brings out the best in their students!
Amana is currently tutoring my son with his GCSE English which he struggled with heavily and I would like to personally thank Amana for making this subject engaging and more enjoyable for him as he has jumped from a grade 4 to a grade 7/8 in his latest GCSE pre public mock exams.
